Links

In no "particular" order.
Most, but not all links will open in a seperate window. If this bothers you, switch to Opera, the much smarter, "number three browser."

Taiwan - UN exile state

Gio Web Site

Links from the Taiwan Government, which is the world's most wired government according to Brown University. It is led by President Chen Shui-Bian - nickname A-Bian - whom I think is a cool dude doing a fine job. His job is nearly impossible, because of that law of nature that ensures a minimum level of stupidity must prevail in the world at all times.

Why do you use Microsoft Internet Explorer when you don't have to? Try out Opera, the smarter browser. It is way cooler than you'll ever learn to use. But don't use it for email.
Use The Bat instead. And certainly don't use Microsoft Outlook, or Outlook Express. (Can you say, virus?) The Bat is really simple to use without any dumb wizards or crap. And besides, it comes from the Republic of Moldova (vampires?), and is one of their star export products. Really. Look.
And if you still think you need MS IE, try Maxthon, which runs on the IE core but actually uses less memory and gives you a tabbed interface and mouse gestures just like Opera does. It displays every page exactly as IE would. It's still freeware. Get it now. (Formerly known as MyIE2 browser.)
